The large-scale Three Point project in Dübendorf is the tallest residential development in Switzerland. Between 2019 and 2024, three impressive residential towers were built here, meeting the highest standards of convenience, security and functionality.

With their precision technology and a sophisticated access system, Glutz’s intelligent solutions integrate seamlessly into the architectural concept of the building.

In cooperation with our partners, Glutz supplied the appropriate access solutions. As a result, 450 high-rise apartments over 38 floors were equipped with eAccess, mAccess, locks and fittings. Entrances, lifts, stairwells, basement storage compartments and a sports gym are now easily accessible with a Glutz identification device. Thanks to this combination of intelligent access solutions, residents benefit from maximum security and flexible, modern access control.
