18920 MINT SB PE

Multipoint lock, key operated, panic E

Product profile
For use in residential and commercial buildings, e.g. in side doors with emergency exit requirements (EN 179). The emergency exit function means that escape from the inside is possible at all times (lever handle). The solid design, hardened main bolt and two additional hardened bolts allow for construction of door systems up to RC3 resistance class.
Standard version
  • Mechanical multipoint locking device
  • Latch blocking and slider protection when locked
  • 4-part clamp follower; square 9 mm
  • Panic E: operation from outside via the cylinder/latch withdrawal (knob/pull handle)
  • Smooth-running latch withdrawal for drawing back the latch
  • Hardened main bolt; 20 mm throw
  • Two additional hardened bolts; 20 mm throw
  • Simultaneous latch blocking and slider protection when locked
  • Dampened, reversible DIN L+R comfort latch
  • Follower turning angle 35°
Important note
The cylinder screw is not centred in the forend. To determine the cylinder lengths: centre of forend = centre of lock cylinder.
Do not use a thumbturn cylinder. When using a standrad cylinder the key has to be drawn-off.
Do not use a reduction sleeve for the Follower/square spindle.
