They give joineries, door manufacturers and other processing companies expert advice on finding exactly the right solutions. Most of Glutz’s retail partners deliver project-related locks and fittings within just a few hours.
The retail partner is also able to act as a system partner for access systems.
System partners
A systems partner deals with all aspects of door security when it comes to access systems.
They serve the door manufacturer or direct customer and buy, sell, plan and professionally install our complete systems. They also help the customer with service, support and intervention following the system acceptance and provide them with second level support. The system partner deals with all project-related tasks and is also the contractor. Glutz supports its system partners with system technology services.
Support point partners
Door manufacturers who have periodically attended training courses at Glutz AG relating to security products and standards are given the status of security partner.
Security partners manufacture complete door systems and professionally install them in a property.

Door manufacturers who have periodically attended access systems training provided by a retail partner with the additional status of system partner are given the status of support point partner.
Support point partners manufacture complete door systems and professionally install them in a property. They also have the expertise needed to install and commission electronic access systems.
