Operation from outside via the cylinder/latch withdrawal (knob/pull handle). For use in house and apartment entrance doors and in commercial buildings. When daytime release function (TE) is deliberately switched on, the combination of the depressed lever handle and cylinder permanently deactivates the automatic locking. The door is just held on the latch and is therefore very quiet to operate. An access solution involving doorbell/intercom, badge or timer is possible in conjunction with an electric opener. Ideal for buildings that have high footfall and no alarm function during the day, but are fully secured at night.
TE (daytime release function) activation (deactivation): Press down the inside lever handle until it stops and turn the key in opening (closing) direction until it stops.

- Self-locking device with latch blocking and sequence control
- 4-part clamp follower, square 9 mm
- Daytime release function: self-locking can be switched on/off
- Smooth-running latch withdrawal for drawing back the latch
- Hardened main bolt; 20 mm throw
- Two additional hardened bolts; 20 mm throw
- Slider protection: mechanical top/bottom
- Dampened, reversible DIN L + R comfort latch with latch blocking
- Suitable for rotary knob cylinders
- Follower turning angle 35°
Important note
The cylinder screw is not centred in the forend. To determine the cylinder lengths: centre of forend = centre of lock cylinder.
Do not use asymmetric cylinders with "L-cam".
Do not use a reduction sleeve for the Follower / square spindle.
No external, mechanical bolt-switch contact is recommended.
A knob/pull handle must be used on the outside.
