The Swiss Parliament Building, known colloquially as the ‘Federal Palace’, is known for its impressive Renaissance Revival-style architecture, one of the many landmarks in the historic quarter of Bern.
Access to the government building is highly secured and strictly controlled, with numerous emergency exits and escape routes.
The Glutz manufactory was able to fit one emergency exit door with a protection fitting. This was based on ES2 for RC3 doors and met the building’s high security demands.
The individual fittings from the Glutz manufactory blended seamlessly into the building to preserve its historic look.
