Bonainvest developed the Roggenpark project for the Gäu Cooperative for Elderly and Nursing Care on an area of around 7,500 m² in the centre of the municipality of Oensingen. bonainvest incorporated 24 rental apartments into the portfolio. A commercial space on the ground floor and two Roggenpark show apartments accommodate a Smart Living Loft, the leading platform in Switzerland for bonacasa AG’s new domestic concept. In collaboration with partners in the fields of architecture, construction, building technology, digitalisation and science, an area of 180 m2 shows how networked living enriches daily life, making it easier and safer. Smart Living by bonacasa combines cleverly built homes with customised services and round-the-clock security solutions.

The eAccess electronic access system from Glutz makes it easy to integrate and implement services and options for access. As well as doors and letterboxes, parcel delivery to a locker or through a courier service can also be integrated into the system. Outpatient care, housekeeping, laundry and alarm calls can all be programmed according to need. With Glutz eAccess, access can be limited to specific times or assigned permanently. That way, Glutz provides residents with greater security, freedom and quality of life.
