Glutz antibacterial fittings

Bacteria don’t stand a chance against fittings with an antibacterial powder lacquer coating

Consistent hygiene is a top priority in the health sector. Door handles and fittings are touched every day by multiple people, making them one of the most common ways that bacteria is spread. In hospitals, clinics, care homes and nursing homes – places that see some of the most vulnerable people come through their doors – the spread of bacteria should be prevented as far as possible.

Glutz antibacterial door fittings offer preventative protection against the transmission of any microbes, such as bacteria, fungi and algae. The antibacterial powder lacquer coating offers long-lasting protection and helps to reduce the spread of microbes. As the active ingredient is part of the powder lacquer coating, it can’t wear off the surface and has a long-lasting effect. The coating is largely colourless and provides almost invisible protection against unwanted bacteria.

Fittings with an antibacterial coating are suitable for any facility where extra caution has to be taken to prevent the spread of bacteria.
