Solothurn, January 2020. Executive team members Bruno Räz, Heinz Luder and Simon Isch are taking over the collective management of Glutz AG, supported by Kurt Jäggi, head of human resources. Bruno Räz, an experienced industry expert and highly qualified sales professional, is taking over as head of the executive operational management team. After a three-year tenure as CEO, Alexander Bradfisch is leaving the company for personal reasons and by mutual agreement to pursue new career opportunities.
‘We are delighted to have gained Bruno Räz as our head executive. We value his outstanding instinct for customer needs, technological developments and industry trends. He has been working in the lock and access systems industry for three decades, with the past ten years spent as a divisional manager and member of the executive management at Glutz AG,’ says Theo Strausak, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Glutz Holding AG.
‘We thank Alexander Bradfisch for his commitment to the company. He has made a significant contribution to the development of Glutz AG over the past three years.’
The new team is clear about the task ahead: ‘We are looking forward to taking on this challenge together,’ say Bruno Räz and his executive management team colleagues Heinz Luder, responsible for finance since 2008, and Simon Isch, now responsible for the operational business. ‘Together with our strong team of employees, we will continue to develop the reputation of Glutz AG as a leading supplier of intelligent, elegant, sustainable and Swiss-made access solutions.’ This statement also demonstrates a clear commitment to the Solothurn production site and to an ongoing international market presence.
‘The new management team understands the needs, processes and values of the owners, so we know that the future of our family company is in safe hands,’ says Philipp von Segesser, representative of the owners on the Board of Directors.
