CFO of Glutz AG will retire as planned:
Karin Wynen to succeed Heinz Luder


Karin Wynen will succeed Heinz Luder as CFO of Glutz AG on 1 October 2020.

Heinz Luder has announced his retirement after 12 successful years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Glutz AG. He will step down fully in 2021. As part of its long-term succession plan, the Board of Directors has appointed Karin Wynen as the new CFO and a member of the Man-agement Board of Glutz AG, a position she will take up on 1 October 2020.

Heinz Luder has been responsible for Glutz AG’s financial affairs since 2008. Since then, he has successfully helped to shape the company’s strategy, diversification and European expansion. Through a variety of acquisitions and divestments, he has contributed to a continuous improvement in the company’s profitability. During his time in the role, Heinz Luder oversaw the introduction of efficient business unit controlling, the optimisation of the budg-et and annual financial statement processes, outstanding risk management activities and the development of a mod-ern IT infrastructure.

We would like to thank him warmly for his exceptional work and wish him all the best in this new phase of life. We are also delighted that Heinz Luder will continue in his role at Glutz Holding AG until his retirement in May 2021, guaranteeing a thorough handover to his successor Karin Wynen.

Karin Wynen has many years of experience in renowned, internationally oriented Swiss industrial companies. She brings comprehensive expertise in the fields of finance, controlling, and risk and change management to the role, as well as proven management experience in IT and lifecycle projects. She also possesses in-depth knowledge of internal and external auditing. Karin Wynen has developed solid intercultural experience through many years spent in China, the US and Belgium. Glutz AG is gaining a motivated and effective finance specialist with strong technical skills and robust leadership qualities
